摘要
探讨以崇军文化为导向的医学人文教育融入临床医学教学的效果,构建医学人文教育新模式。通过军事医学情境模拟等创新教学方法和“平战结合”医疗体系中的优抚政策等特色教学内容,强化使命与担当,体现医学生的社会责任感。采用配对t检验比较,干预前后学生成绩(理论+OSCE)([74.70±4.67]vs[87.54±2.78],t=15.32,p<0.001)显著提升,干预前后学生满意度(Likert 5级量表)([90.03±2.92]vs[98.03±1.79],t=12.47,p<0.001)明显提高,并形成指南,为高校提供了可推广的人文教育新路径,为医学思政教育改革提供了创新范例。
To explore the effect of integrating military-honoring culture-oriented medical humanities education into clinical medical teaching and construct a new model of medical humanities education,a quality improvement research design was adopted.An interdisciplinary team was established to develop characteristic teaching content such as preferential policies for retired military personnel,and innovative teaching methods such as military medical scenario simulation(VR battlefield triage training).Paired t-tests were used to compare the changes in students’assessment scores(theory+OSCE)and satisfaction(measured by a Likert 5-point scale)before and after the intervention.Students’assessment scores significantly increased(74.70±4.67 vs 87.54±2.78,t=15.32,p<0.001),and their satisfaction improved significantly(90.03±2.92vs98.03±1.79,t=8.47,p=0.002).Additionally,the Guide was developed.Through military scenario simulation and preferential policies within the“combination of peacetime and wartime”medical system,the sense of mission and responsibility is strengthened,reflecting the social responsibility of medical students.This model provides a replicable new path for humanities education in colleges and universities and an innovative example for the reform of medical ideological and political education.
