摘要
在科技强国与学科交叉背景下,计算机研究生培养面临全新挑战与机遇,当前急需兼具跨学科整合能力与专业深度的拔尖创新人才。以海南大学计算机研究生培养为案例,聚焦“新工科(计算机)+新农科(畜牧)”学科融合,探索相关研究生拔尖创新人才培养模式改革。着重强调重构“基础+融合+创新”的分层课程体系;打造“2+X”复合型师资队伍;建立涵盖学术成果、实践能力、产业贡献的多元化评价体系,突出技术落地价值;依托海南大学完全学分制与学业导师制度,推动跨学科资源整合。旨在为交叉领域拔尖人才培养提供可复制的实践范式,为海南自贸港智慧畜牧业发展提供人才支撑,助力海南自贸港产业需求落地。
Under the background of scientific and technological power and disciplinary intersection,computer graduate student training is facing brand new challenges and opportunities.There is an urgent need for topnotch innovative talents with both interdisciplinary integration ability and professional depth.This study takes Hainan University computer graduate training as a case study and focuses on the integration of“new engineering(computer)+new agriculture(animal husbandry)”,which explores the reform of the training mode of relevant graduate students’top innovative talents.Firstly,this paper emphasizes the reconstruction of the multi-layered curriculum system of“basic+integration+innovation”.Secondly,the creation of a“2+X”composite faculty is proposed with the establishment of a diversified evaluation system covering academic achievements,practical ability,and industrial contribution.Hainan University’s full credit system and academic tutor system are effective to promote interdisciplinary resource integration.The study aims to provide a replicable practice paradigm for the cultivation of outstanding talents in cross-cutting fields.Also,it provides talent support for the development of intelligent animal husbandry in Hainan Free Trade Port.
