基于AHP-FDEMATEL-云模型的铝冶炼与加工安全风险评价

摘要 采用AHP-FDEMATEL集成方法,量化分析铝冶炼与加工过程风险指标间的相互影响关系,科学确定各指标权重。针对铝冶炼与加工过程中人员、设备、管理及工作环境等多维风险因素,构建包含20项具体指标的风险评价体系。研究结果表明,生产核心装备先进性、高温环境、人员专业技能、腐蚀环境等因素对风险等级影响显著。同时,高温、粉尘、有毒气体等工作环境因素的风险传导效应亦不容忽视。通过该集成模型的应用,实现了对铝冶炼与加工项目风险的系统化评估,为企业识别关键风险源、优化安全资源配置提供了数据支撑与决策依据。 This study employs an integrated AHP-FDEMATEL method to quantitatively analyze the interrelationships among risk indicators in aluminium smelting and processing,scientifically determining the weights of each indicator.A risk assessment system consisting of 20 specific indicators was developed to address multidimensional risk factors such as personnel,equipment,management,and working environment.Results show that factors including the advanced nature of core production equipment,high-temperature conditions,professional skills of personnel,and corrosive environments significantly influence the risk level.Additionally,the risk propagation effects of working environment factors(e.g.,hightemperature,dust,toxicgases)shouldnotbeoverlooked.Theintegratedmodelfacilitates systematic risk assessment of aluminium smelting and processing projects,offering data support and decision-making guidance for enterprises to identify critical risk sources and optimize safety resource allocation.
