摘要
煤炭行业作为高碳排放责任主体,推动其低碳转型是实现净零排放目标的重要基础。绿色技术创新作为煤炭企业低碳转型的核心驱动力,在推动转型的过程中存在多种不确定性和风险。因此,本文基于PSR模型全面识别绿色技术创新风险,运用DEMATEL-AISM模型筛选风险因素,构建风险评价指标体系,提出基于组合赋权-云模型的绿色技术创新风险评价模型,并以煤炭企业A为例,对其绿色技术创新风险进行风险等级评价。结果表明绿色技术创新风险等级处于“中等风险”,与企业实际风险发生情况相符,验证了评价指标选取的合理性和评价模型的可行性,为煤炭企业绿色技术创新风险管控提供参考。
Because the coal industry is the main responsible party for controlling high carbon emissions,promoting its low-carbon transformation is an important foundation for achieving net zero emissions goals.This article comprehensively identifies the risks of green technology innovation based on the PSR model.The DEMATEL-AISM model was used to screen risk factors and construct a risk assessment index system.A green technology innovation risk assessment model based on combination weighting cloud model had been proposed.Taking coal enterprise A as an example,the risk level of its green technology innovation risk has been evaluated.The results indicate that the green technology innovation risk level of enterprise A is at"moderate risk",which is consistent with the actual risk occurrence of the enterprise and verifies the rationality of the selection of evaluation indicators and the feasibility of the evaluation model.This technology provides reference for risk management of green technology innovation in coal enterprises.
