摘要
现代早期机械宇宙观的一个重要争论涉及宇宙的本体论问题。根据相关科学史与哲学史的研究,引发争论的关键在于“宇宙-人类”难题,该难题导致难以对宇宙的本体论问题给出一个融贯的回答。十七世纪法国哲学家、巴黎皇家科学院院士马勒伯朗士在《真理的探求》中,基于笛卡尔的宇宙观,进一步发展出了“微粒小涡旋运动理论”,在“宇宙-人类”难题的探索方面做出了推进,通过基于数学的宇宙科学论证与基于生物学的人类生命观论证,为机械论所面临的“宇宙-人类”难题提供了一种融贯的新解释。
One of the important debates in the mechanical cosmology of the early modern period lies in the ontological question of what the universe is.Based on relevant research in the history of science and philosophy,it can be found that the key reason for this debate is the existence of the“universe-human”problem,making it difficult to provide a coherent answer to the ontological question of the universe.Malebranche,in his The Search after Truth,based on Descartes'cosmology,further developed the theory of small vortex motion of subtle matter,which made a key advancement in solving the“universe-human”problem,through the mathematical-based cosmic science argument and the biological-based human life view argument,the“universe-human”problem problem was solved.Through the scientific argument of the universe based on mathematics and the argument of the human life view based on biology,it is possible to give a coherent new explanation of the position of human beings in the origin of the universe.
