摘要
黄酮类化合物是广泛存在于植物组织内的一类次生代谢物,这类天然活性物质具有雌激素样作用、抗炎抗菌作用及抗氧化作用等生物学功能。在全面“禁抗”的背景下,将绿色无污染的天然黄酮类化合物作为饲粮添加剂用于鸡养殖,具有非常重要的意义。文章总结了黄酮类化合物的生物学功能及其对鸡蛋品质和肉品质的改善作用,以期为黄酮类化合物更好地应用于动物养殖提供参考。
Flavonoid is a kind of secondary metabolites widely existing in plant tissues.These natural active substances have estrogen-like effects,anti-inflammatory,antibacterial effects and antioxidant effects.Under the background of comprehensive"prohibition",it is of great significance to use green and pollutionfree natural flavonoids as dietary additives in chicken breeding.In this paper,the biological functions of flavonoids and their effects on the improvement of egg and meat quality were summarized in order to provide reference for the better application of flavonoids in animal breeding.
