摘要
作为全球最大的畜禽养殖国,我国面临饲用蛋白资源紧缺的突出问题,对开发新型蛋白来源需求迫切。在此背景下,黑水虻作为一种新型饲用蛋白源,具有高效转化有机废弃物、不与人争粮、环境友好等显著优势。其独特的基因组和肠道微生物为其高效转化提供了基础,产品中抗菌肽和几丁质等功能活性物质共同构成了替代传统饲料的优势。其对病原微生物与抗生素的高效消减能力及虫体产品的合规性,则确证了其饲料化应用的安全性。随着其被纳入饲料原料目录,亟需加快制定涵盖繁育、饲养、深加工等环节的系列团体与行业标准,以保障产业健康有序发展。
As the world′s largest livestock and poultry breeding country,China faces a prominent bottleneck of scarce feed protein resources,creating an urgent need to develop new protein sources.Against this backdrop,the black soldier fly(Hermetia illucens),as a novel feed protein source,exhibits significant advantages includ⁃ing efficient conversion of organic waste,no competition with humans for food,and environmental benefits.Its unique genome and gut microbiota lay the foundation for such efficient conversion,while functional active sub⁃stances(e.g.,antimicrobial peptides and chitin)in its products collectively constitute the advantage of replac⁃ing traditional feeds.Furthermore,its high-efficiency reduction capacity for pathogenic microorganisms and antibiotics,coupled with the compliance of its insect-derived products,confirms the safety of its feed applica⁃tion.With its inclusion in the feed raw material catalog,it is imperative to accelerate the formulation of a series of group and industry standards covering breeding,rearing,deep processing,and other links to ensure the healthy and orderly development of the industry.
