摘要
针对高比例新能源接入电力系统后的供需平衡问题,提出了一种基于多场景时序运行模拟的电力电量平衡评估方法。该方法基于典型日场景及全年8 760 h场景分析框架,提出了基于源荷耦合特征指标集聚类的新能源概率化场景生成方法、以保供应及促消纳为优化原则的时序运行模拟模型以及概率化电力电量平衡评估指标体系。以中国南部某省级电网为例,对所提电力电量平衡评估方法进行了验证。结果表明,所提方法能够有效评估系统的供应能力及新能源消纳水平。
An evaluation method of electric power and energy balance based on multi-scenario time-series operation simulation is proposed to address the supply-demand balance issue after the integration of high proportion of renewable energy into the power system.This method is based on the analysis framework of typical daily scenarios and 8760-hour scenarios throughout the year.It proposes a probabilistic scenario generation method for renewable energy based on the clustering of source-load coupling feature indicator sets,a time-series operation simulation model optimized for ensuring supply and promoting accommodation,and a probabilistic evaluation index system of electric power and energy balance.The proposed evaluation method of electric power and energy balance is validated using a provincial power grid in southern China as a case,and the results show that the proposed method can effectively evaluate the system supply capacity and renewable energy accommodation level.
