在全球化快速发展的背景下,库存管理是企业供应链管理中的核心课题。供应链是一个多方协作的复杂网络,企业需要在最短的时间内,以最低成本满足生产需求。而库存控制与设备管理在企业运营中相辅相成,是提升生产效率、降低成本、确保生产连续性的关键。根据实际生产需要,建立一个适合企业的有效的备件库存模型已经成为当今各矿业企业提高综合竞争力的有效方法,它直接关系到企业能否提高生产水平和降低库存费用。在此背景下,通过探讨和分析海外矿山设备管理与库存控制的现状和问题,并提出有效的管理对策与方法来增强企业竞争力。
In the context of rapid globalization,inventory management is a core issue in enterprise supply chain management.The supply chain is a complex network of multi-party collaboration,and enterprises need to meet production needs at the lowest cost in the shortest time.Inventory control and equipment management complement each other in enterprise operations,and are the key to improving production efficiency,reducing costs and ensuring production continuity.According to actual production needs,establishing an effective spare parts inventory model suitable for enterprises has become an effective method for mining enterprises to improve their overall competitiveness.It is directly related to whether the enterprise can improve its production level and reduce inventory costs.In this context,the current situation and problems of overseas mining equipment management and inventory control are explored and analyzed,and effective management measures and methods are proposed to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.
