高地应力作用下上解放层开采卸压特性研究

Study on the depressurization characteristics of the upper liberated seam mining under high ground stress

摘要 深部煤矿不仅受到垂直应力的作用,同时受到强构造应力的作用,研究高地应力作用下上解放层开采卸压特性具有重要意义。通过构建以水平构造应力为主的上解放层卸压开采力学模型,获得垂直应力增量解析解方程;利用Matlab以及FLAC 3D软件,将理论分析与数值模拟结果进行对比,综合分析上解放层回采前后及沿工作面倾向方向煤岩体的垂直应力变化规律。研究结果表明:上解放层回采前,被解放层原岩垂直应力约为21 MPa,回采后被解放层垂直应力最低值约为1.7 MPa,卸压率最大达92%;上解放层回采后,当下伏煤岩体与采空区处于同一倾向范围内时,煤岩体垂直应力显著低于原岩垂直应力,煤岩体应力得到释放,表明了高地应力作用下,上解放层开采对被解放层具有显著的卸压效果。 Deep coal mines are subjected not only to vertical stress but also to strong tectonic stress,making the study of the depressurization characteristics of upper liberated seam mining under high-stress conditions of great importance.This paper establishes a mechanical model for depressurization mining of the upper liberated seam,with horizontal tectonic stress as the dominant factor,and derives an analytical solution for the vertical stress increment equation.Using both Matlab and FLAC 3D software,the theoretical analysis results are compared with numerical simulations to comprehensively analyze the vertical stress variation patterns of the coal rock mass along the strike direction of the working face before and after upper liberated seam mining.The results show that prior to upper liberated seam mining,the original vertical stress in the liberated seam was approximately 21 MPa,while post-mining,the minimum vertical stress in the liberated seam decreased to approximately 1.7 MPa,with a maximum depressurization rate of 92%.After upper liberated seam mining,when the underlying coal rock mass is within the same strike range as the goaf,the vertical stress of the coal rock mass is significantly lower than the original stress,and the stress is effectively released.This demonstrates that under high-stress conditions,upper liberated seam mining has a significant depressurization effect on the liberated seam.
