摘要
为研究LNG储罐外罐预应力多个施工工序及其顺序调整对结构整体及局部受力的影响,采用有限元软件建立了某LNG储罐外罐完整有限元模型,对外罐的应力及损伤等响应进行了分析和判断。结果表明:预应力筋宜先张拉环向后张拉竖向,环向预应力筋宜首先从洞口顶部以上开始张拉;穹顶混凝土浇筑应在张拉环梁环向预应力筋之后进行,但不宜置于竖向预应力筋张拉之后;各方案洞口顶部加强筋强度验算均满足要求。
To investigate the impacts of the prestressing construction procedures and their adjustments for the outer tank of an LNG storage tank on both the overall structure and local positions,the responses of LNG storage tank such as structural stress and damage were analyzed and evaluated based on finite element method.The re-sults showed that,the sequence of priorly tensioning circumferential prestressing tendons and then the vertical is advised,and the tensioning sequence of circumferential prestressing is suggested to be first from above the top of the openings.Concrete pouring of the dome should be carried out after tensioning circumferential prestressing tendons of the ring beam,but not recommended to be after the tensioning of vertical prestressing.The strength of the rebars at the top of temporary openings in each construction scheme can meet the requirements.
