摘要
城市混凝土公路桥梁随交通荷载持续增加与环境侵蚀加剧,面临结构性病害风险,进而影响桥梁服役安全与使用寿命。文章分析混凝土桥梁病害智能诊断技术的应用条件,引入病害分形理论,将超声检测获取的声速与幅值数据转化为混凝土损伤的自相似分形维数,以解决内部缺陷量化评估困难的问题。通过计算该分形维数评估桥梁混凝土内部缺陷,为后续维养决策提供数据支撑。同时依托实际桥梁工程案例,以分形维数为量化指标,结合混凝土阈值对比,实现对病害的精准定位与分级评估。基于病害分级结果,兼顾加固措施的经济性与耐久性要求,提出协同式快速决策方案,该方案可以显著缩短维修周期。
Urban concrete highway bridges are faced with the risk of structural defects due to continuously increasing traffic loads and intensified environmental corrosion,which in turn affects their service safety and service life.This paper analyzes the application conditions of intelligent diagnosis technology for concrete bridge defects,introduces defect fractal theory,and transforms the sound velocity and amplitude data obtained by ultrasonic testing into the self-similar fractal dimension of concrete damage,so as to solve the problem of difficult quantitative assessment of internal defects.By calculating the fractal dimension to assess the internal defects of bridge concrete,it can provide data support for subsequent maintenance decisions.At the same time,relying on the actual bridge engineering case,taking the fractal dimension as the quantitative index,combined with the concrete threshold comparison,the accurate positioning and graded assessment of the defects are realized.Based on the defect grading results,the cost-effectiveness and durability requirements of the reinforcement measures are taken into account,and a collaborative fast decision-making scheme is proposed,which can significantly shorten the maintenance cycle.
