摘要
随着新材料产业对工程技术人才需求的转变,以理论讲授为主的传统教学模式已难以满足应用型人才培养要求。针对无机非金属材料工程专业教学中存在的实践环节薄弱、产教融合不足等问题,提出应用型教学模式改革。从课程体系、教学内容、教学方法和教学考评四个关键环节入手,系统构建无机非金属材料工程专业应用型教学模式。改变实践教学从属理论教学的教学模式,明确实践教学是应用型人才培养的重要环节,提高实践教学环节比重,全面提升学生的实践技能,培养学生成为合格的社会主义建设者和接班人。
With the evolving demands of the new materials industry for engineering and technical talent,the traditional lecture-based teaching model can no longer meet the requirements for cultivating applied professionals.This paper addresses key issues in the teaching of inorganic non-metallic materials engineering,such as weak practical training and insufficient industry-education integration,and proposes reforms for an application-oriented teaching model.By focusing on four critical aspects:curriculum design,teaching content,instructional methods,and assessment systems,we systematically develop an application-oriented teaching framework for inorganic nonmetallic materials engineering.Moving beyond the conventional approach where practical training is subordinate to theoretical instruction,we emphasize hands-on learning as a crucial component of applied talent development.By increasing the proportion of practical training,we aim to enhance students'technical skills comprehensively,equipping them to become qualified builders and successors of socialist construction.
