全小麦饲料补充复合酶对肉鸡生长性能、消化酶活性及屠宰性能的影响

Effects of supplementing compound enzymes to whole wheat feed on growth performance,digestive enzyme activity,and slaughter performance of broilers

摘要 文章旨在研究全小麦饲料补充复合酶对肉鸡生长性能、消化酶活性及屠宰性能的影响。试验选取体重相近[(715.60±31.19)g]的29日龄中速型黄羽肉鸡240只,随机分为3组,每组4个重复,每个重复20只。常规组采用基础饲料,小麦组采用全小麦饲料(等氮替代玉米),复合酶组采用全小麦饲料+1000 mg/kg复合酶。试验为期35 d。结果表明:(1)与常规组相比,小麦组平均日增重显著降低9.95%(P<0.05),料重比显著升高10.73%(P<0.05)。(2)与常规组相比,小麦组十二指肠、空肠、回肠的胰蛋白酶和淀粉酶活性均显著降低(P<0.05)。与小麦组相比,复合酶组十二指肠的胰蛋白酶活性显著升高(P<0.05)。(3)小麦组半净膛率、全净膛率、腿肌率均显著低于常规组和复合酶组(P<0.05)。综上所述,全小麦饲料含有高水平的非淀粉多糖,容易增加食糜黏度,抑制肉鸡生长发育。全小麦饲料补充复合酶,能够弥补肉鸡自身消化酶分泌不足,消除饲料中的抗营养因子,从而提高肉鸡生长性能和屠宰性能。 This experiment was conducted to study the effects of supplementing compound enzymes to whole wheat feed on the growth performance,digestive enzyme activity,and slaughter performance of broilers.A total of 24029-day-old mediumspeed yellow-feathered broilers with similar body weights[(715.60±31.19)g]were selected and randomly divided into 3 groups,with 4 replicates per group and 20 broilers per replicate.The conventional group was fed a basal diet,the wheat group was fed a whole wheat diet(corn replaced by wheat at equal nitrogen level),and the compound enzyme group was fed a whole wheat diet supplemented with 1000 mg/kg compound enzymes.The experimental period lasted for 35 days.The results showed that:(1)Compared with the conventional group,the average daily gain(ADG)of the wheat group was significantly decreased by 9.95%(P<0.05),and the feed-to-gain ratio(F/G)was significantly increased by 10.73%(P<0.05).(2)Compared with the conventional group,the activities of trypsin and amylase in the duodenum,jejunum,and ileum of the wheat group were significantly decreased(P<0.05).Compared with the wheat group,the trypsin activity in the duodenum of the compound enzyme group was significantly increased(P<0.05).(3)The semi-eviscerated rate,full eviscerated rate,and leg muscle rate of the wheat group were significantly lower than those of the conventional group and the compound enzyme group(P<0.05).In conclusion,whole wheat feed contains high levels of non-starch polysaccharides,which tend to increase chyme viscosity and inhibit the growth and development of broilers.Supplementing compound enzymes to whole wheat feed can make up for the insufficient secretion of digestive enzymes by broilers themselves,eliminate anti-nutritional factors in the feed,thereby improving the growth performance and slaughter performance of broilers.
