摘要
紫锥菊作为一种天然植物,因其兼具免疫增强、抗炎与抗氧化等多重生物活性,作为饲料添加剂的应用潜力备受关注。研究表明,在畜禽及水产动物饲料中添加紫锥菊及其提取物,能够有效改善生长性能、增强免疫功能、缓解氧化应激,从而在保障动物健康的前提下提高生产效益。本文系统梳理了紫锥菊的化学成分、生物活性及其在养殖领域中的应用研究,旨在为深入解析其作用机制、推动相关饲料添加剂的规范开发与科学应用提供理论依据。
Echinacea,as a natural plant,has attracted much attention for its potential application as a feed additive due to its multiple biological activities such as immune enhancement,anti-inflammation,and antioxidant properties.Studies have shown that adding Echinacea and its extracts to the diets of livestock,poultry,and aquatic animals can effectively improve growth performance,enhance immune function,and alleviate oxidative stress,thereby improving production efficiency on the basis of ensuring animal health.This article systematically reviews the chemical components,biological activities of Echinacea and its application research in animal husbandry,aiming to provide a theoretical basis for in-depth analysis of its mechanism of action and promote the standardized development and scientific application of related feed additives.
