某1000 MW机组采用第一代给水加氧设备转换试验的应用探析

摘要 给水加氧处理是缓解超(超)临界机组锅炉受热面结垢、汽轮机通流部件腐蚀产物沉积问题的先进工艺。业内普遍认为机组设计配套的第一代给水加氧设备无法满足给水加氧要求,鲜有应用案例。某2×1000 MW机组采用基建配套第一代设备,进行给水加氧转化试验,水工况转化过程暴露出设备严密性差、阀门调节功能差、自动程序无法投用、依赖人工调节氧含量难度高等诸多难点。转化后水汽腐蚀产物铁离子含量明显下降,运行中表现为机组负荷升降给水溶解氧波动剧烈等问题。通过对使用第一代设备加氧实践的要点剖析,为同类项目实施提供重要参考价值。 Oxygenated feedwater treatment(OT)is an advanced process for mitigating scaling on the boiler heating surfaces and corrosion product deposition on the turbine flow-path components of ultra-supercritical units.It is widely believed in the industry that first-generation oxygenated feedwater equipment,typically supplied as part of the original plant design,fails to meet the operational requirements,with very few successful application cases.A certain 2×1000 MW unit adopts the first-generation equipment for infrastructure support to conduct an oxygenated feedwater conversion trial.During the water condition conversion process,many difficulties are exposed,such as poor equipment tightness,poor valve regulation function,inability to put the automatic program into use,and great difficulty in relying manual dissolved oxygen(DO)adjustment.After the conversion,the iron ion concentrations in water/steam corrosion products decreases markedly.However,during operation,problems such as the rise and fall of the unit load and the sharp fluctuation of dissolved oxygen in the feed water are manifested.The analysis presented of the key points of oxygenation practice using the first-generation equipment provides important reference value for the implementation of similar projects.
