锅炉给水加氧处理方法的临界氧浓度分析

摘要 在火力发电行业中,大型锅炉给水加氧处理是一种重要的化学水汽工况控制技术,可以有效抑制金属材料的腐蚀,保证大型锅炉的安全性得到提升。为此,总结了给水加氧处理的条件,并分析了临界氧浓度计算、pH值对临界氧浓度的影响,温度对临界氧浓度的影响等,保证了锅炉给水加氧处理更加精准高效,使其在工业生产中能够形成保护性氧化膜的最低氧浓度,提升给水加氧的效果。 In the thermal power generation industry,oxygenation treatment of large boiler feedwater is an important chemical water and steam condition control technology,which can effectively suppress the corrosion of metal materials and ensure the safety of large boilers is improved.To this end,the conditions for water oxygenation treatment were summarized,and the calculation of critical oxygen concentration,the influence of pH value on critical oxygen concentration,and the influence of temperature on critical oxygen concentration were analyzed.This ensured that boiler water oxygenation treatment was more precise and efficient,enabling it to form a protective oxide film at the minimum oxygen concentration in industrial production and improve the effectiveness of water oxygenation.
