摘要
以3-氯-2-羟基丙磺酸钠、直链胺、十二酰氯为原料,合成了三种新型Gemini表面活性剂C_(n)-SNS(n=12,14,16)。先通过Materials Studio软件进行模型构建和模拟计算,为反应的可行性提供理论依据;用IR光谱对其结构进行表征。通过表面张力仪、石蜡油乳化法、振荡法等研究了C_(n)-SNS(n=12,14,16)表面活性剂的表面活性。实验结果表明,C_(n)-SNS的表面张力分别为36.7,38.7 mN/m和38.1 mN/m,且随着胺类的链长的增长,其cmc的值降低,分别为0.199,0.1 mmol/L和0.06 mmol/L;随着胺类的链长的增长,C_(n)-SNS表面活性剂的泡沫稳定性和乳化性能逐渐增加;该表面活性剂在高矿化度和高温条件下仍具有较好的表面活性。
Using sodium 3-chloro-2-hydroxypropyl sulfonate,amines(n=12,14,16)and lauryl chloride as raw materials,three new Gemini surfactants C_(n)-SNS(n=12,14,16)were synthesized.Firstly,model construction and simulation calculation were carried out through Materials Studio software.To provide theoretical research on the feasibility of the reaction;the structure was characterized by Fourier infrared spectroscopy.The surface activity of C_(n)-SNS(n=12,14,16)surfactants was studied by means of surface tensiometer,paraffin oil emulsification and oscillation method.The surface tension test results showed that the surface tension of C_(n)-SNS was 36.7,38.7 mN/m and 38.1 mN/m,respectively.With the increase of chain length of amines,the cmc decreased to 0.199,0.1 mmol/L and 0.06 mmol/L,respectively.The surface performance parameters are studied,which are maximum surface excess(Гmax),minimum cross-sectional area(A min),standard free energy of aggregation(ΔG m)and standard free energy of adsorption(ΔG ads).With the increase of amine chain length,the foam stability and emulsification properties of C_(n)-SNS surfactants increased gradually.The surfactant still has good surface activity under high mineralization and high temperature conditions.
