机车钢顶铝裙组合活塞涡流检测应用研究

摘要 机车关键零部件钢顶铝裙组合活塞若发生裂损,将直接导致柴油机损坏,甚至引发机车停运等安全事故,因此对其开展有效检测至关重要。针对钢顶铝裙组合活塞的常见缺陷与检测难点,采用阵列涡流检测技术,设计了与之相匹配的专用探头,并通过设置设备参数分别在活塞对比试块和实物上进行了检测验证。结果表明:阵列涡流检测技术具有绿色环保、效率高、可靠性好、重复性优良等特点,可有效识别试块上深度0.5 mm、长度5.0 mm的表面裂纹,能够满足现场检测要求。 The cracking damage of the steel-top aluminum-skirt composite piston,a key component of locomotives,can damage the diesel engine and cause safety accidents such as locomotive outages.Therefore,implementing effective testing on the piston is crucial to ensuring the safe operation of locomotives.To address the piston testing issues and common defects,the array eddy current testing technology was adopted.An array eddy current testing probe matching the piston structure was designed,and the equipment parameters were tested.Detection experiments were conducted on both piston test blocks and actual piston components respectively.The test results show that the array eddy current testing features environmental friendliness,high detection efficiency,good reliability and repeatability,it can detect surface cracks with a depth of at least 0.5 mm and a length of 5.0 mm at various parts of the piston test block,and meets the on-site testing requirements.
