摘要
近年来随着铁路货运量的增加,我国铁路货车车轴伤损故障频发,严重影响行车安全。基于国内铁路货车车轴伤损故障统计数据及典型失效案例,系统分析了3种典型车轴伤损及其引发的故障,即轮座微动疲劳伤损、轴颈卸荷槽疲劳伤损以及轴身原始缺陷伤损。针对每种伤损类型,从伤损形貌特征、失效机理、成因分析及预防措施等方面进行了深入探讨,揭示了车轴伤损的演化规律和关键影响因素。提出了针对性的改进建议,为车轴的设计优化、制造工艺改进及故障预防处理提供理论依据和技术参考,对预防和减少车轴伤损故障具有重要的应用价值。
Based on the statistical analysis and failure cases of railway freight car axle damage in recent years in China,typical damages to freight car axles in China were summarized,mainly including fretting fatigue damage of wheel seat,fatigue damage of journal unloading groove and fault caused by original defect damage of axle body.For each type of damage,the damage characteristics,fault analysis,causes of damage,and preventive measures were summarized and explained.The causes and preventive measures of damage were studied,which provided a technical reference for optimizing design,improving processes and preventing fault,put forward relevant improvement suggestions.
