摘要
文章围绕新时期事业单位档案的数字化管理这个主题,首先阐述新时期事业单位档案数字化管理的意义,随后从新时期事业单位档案数字化管理存在的不足出发,针对性地提出加大对基础设施的投入和更新、做好人才培养与引进、保障数据安全以及完善管理流程与制度等相应的管理建议,旨在提升事业单位档案数字化管理水平,充分发挥档案资源价值,助力事业单位在新时期更好履行职能、提升服务效能。
This paper focuses on the theme of digital management of archives in public institutions in the new era.It first elaborates on the significance of such digital management.Then,based on the current shortcomings,it proposes corresponding management recommendations,such as increasing investment in and upgrading infrastructure,cultivating and attracting talent,ensuring data security,and improving management processes and systems.The aim is to enhance the digital management of archives in public institutions,fully leverage the value of archival resources,and enable these institutions to better fulfill their functions and improve service efficiency in the new era.
