摘要
作为习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的重要组成部分,以人民为中心的发展思想体现了中国共产党执政为民的核心理念。当前高校档案服务机制仍存在不少与新时代发展需求不相适应之处,必须坚持以人民为中心发展思想,创新档案服务机制。文章从以人民为中心发展思想视域下创新高校档案服务机制的必要性入手,分析当前高校档案服务机制存在的问题,并从服务理念、服务内容、服务方式、编研质量与数字化建设等方面提出高校档案服务机制的创新路径。
As an important part of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era,the people-centered philosophy of development embodies the core idea of exercising power in the interests of people by CPC.At present,the archives service mechanism in colleges and universities still has a lot of incompatibility with the development needs of the new era,so to adhere to the People-centered Philosophy of Development and innovate the archives service mechanism becomes a must.This paper starts with the necessity of innovating the archive service mechanism in colleges and universities from the perspective of the people-centered philosophy of development,analyzes the existing problems of archives service mechanism in colleges and universities,and puts forward the innovation path of the archives service mechanism in colleges and universities from the perspectives of service concept,service content,service mode,compilation and research quality and digital construction.
