摘要
本研究以山东省中小微型制造企业为对象,构建科学系统的数字化转型测度体系,涵盖基础能力、管理能力、运营能力与转型成效四个维度。结合模糊综合评价法与BP神经网络模型,开展定量评估与实证分析。基于对293家企业样本的调研结果显示:整体数字化转型水平处于“初级-中级”阶段,不同企业在规模、行业与区域上存在显著差异,主要瓶颈集中于系统集成度低、供应链协同不足与智能决策能力薄弱等方面。本研究为区域中小微制造企业数字化发展提供理论支持,对政府政策制定与企业战略优化具有一定参考价值。
This study focuses on micro,small,and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises(MSMEs)in Shandong Province and develops a scientific and systematic measurement framework for digital transformation,covering four key dimensions:foundational capabilities,management capabilities,operational capabilities,and transformation outcomes.Using a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method combined with a BP neural network model,quantitative assessment and empirical analysis were conducted.Survey data from 293 enterprises indicate that overall digital transformation is at a"primary to intermediate"stage,with significant differences across firm sizes,industries,and regions.Key bottlenecks include low system integration,weak supply chain collaboration,and limited intelligent decision-making capacity.This study provides theoretical support for the digital development of regional MSMEs and offers practical references for government policy-making and enterprise strategic optimization.
