摘要
在产教融合共同体建设与职业教育“德技并修”改革背景下,高职院校“红色文化—职业技能”协同育人面临内容融合脱节、流程数智赋能缺失、主体协同断层等失衡困境。立足校内课程、校外实践、区域服务三大场景,构建内容深度融合、流程智能闭环、主体协同共生的协同育人重构框架,探索目标精准适配、实施智能闭环、协同长效稳定的数智化重构路径,推动协同育人从形式化协同向深度化融合转型,服务高职教育高质量发展与老区乡村振兴。
Against the backdrop of the industry-education integration community construction and vocational education reform of“simultaneous cultivation of ethics and skills”,“red culture—vocational skills”collaborative education in higher vocational colleges faces imbalanced dilemmas:disconnected content integration,insufficient digital-intelligent process empowerment,and fragmented subject collaboration.Based on three scenarios(on-campus courses,off-campus practice,regional services),this paper constructs a reconstructed collaborative education framework with in-depth content integration,intelligent process closed-loop,and symbiotic subject collaboration,and explores a digital-intelligent reconstruction path featuring precision-targeted goals,intelligent-implemented closed-loop,and long-term stable collaboration.It promotes the transformation of collaborative education from formal collaboration to in-depth integration,serving the high-quality development of higher vocational education and rural revitalization of old revolutionary base areas.
