就业导向视角下研究生导师就业育人的实践探析

摘要 高校毕业生规模持续攀升,就业结构性矛盾日益凸显,研究生面临严峻的就业形势。研究生导师作为研究生培养过程的“第一责任人”,充分发挥就业育人作用,提升学生的就业质量,是新时代全面落实研究生导师立德树人的重要职责。就业导向视角下,导师育人明确价值引领、人文关怀、能力赋能等职责内涵,从学术探索与求职要素的结构性矛盾、培养节奏的周期性冲突以及评价激励的导向性错位的现实挑战出发,强化导师就业指导能力建设、构建全过程指导体系、健全评价激励机制为路径。充分发挥导师就业育人功效,提升研究生就业质量是落实国家就业优先战略与高质量教育体系建设的关键。 With the continuous expansion of college graduates and growing structural imbalances in the job market,postgraduates are encountering an increasingly severe employment landscape.As the primary mentors in graduate education,supervisors bear significant responsibility for enhancing students’employability—a key aspect of their moral and educational duties in the new era.From an employment-oriented perspective,supervisors should provide value guidance,humanistic support,and capacity building.Key challenges include misalignment between academic training and labor market needs,conflicts in training cycles,and biased evaluation systems.To address these issues,it is essential to strengthen supervisors’career instruction skills,establish comprehensive mentoring mechanisms,and refine incentive structures.Fully leveraging the educational role of supervisors is crucial for improving postgraduate employment outcomes and supporting national strategies for employment and high-quality education.
