摘要
针对第四代核电堆型蒸汽发生器用SA-336 F22 CL3及SA-213M T22铬钼钢的焊接制造需求,系统研究了E9018-B3焊条、ER90S-B3焊丝及F9P2-EB3-B3/FLUX埋弧焊材三种匹配焊接材料的焊接工艺及接头性能。通过优化焊接操作技巧与工艺参数,并制定严格的预热(200~250℃)、后热(250~400℃保温2 h)及消应力热处理制度(690℃±15℃保温24~24.5 h),制备了焊接接头。测试结果表明,接头短时力学性能优异:熔敷金属在530℃高温抗拉强度保持良好,-20℃下ER90S-B3熔敷金属冲击功≥200 J,热处理后焊缝区硬度显著下降且分布均匀。530℃高温持久试验表明,焊接接头断裂寿命超过10 000 h,其应力-断裂时间关系曲线显著高于ASME标准曲线。研究证实,采用优化的焊接及热处理工艺,可获得成形良好、兼具优异短时力学性能与长期高温持久性能的铬钼钢焊接接头。该成果已成功应用于某四代核电蒸汽发生器制造,累计完成主要焊缝1 120条,无损检测一次合格率100%,为同类设备焊接制造提供了关键技术与实践依据。
To meet the welding manufacturing requirements of SA-336 F22 CL3 and SA-213M T22 chrome-molybdenum steels for the fourth-generation nuclear reactor steam generators,a systematic study was conducted on the welding technology and joint performance of three matching welding materials:E9018-B3 electrode,ER90S-B3 wire,and F9P2-EB3-B3/FLUX submerged arc welding material.By optimizing welding operation techniques and process parameters and implementing strict preheating(200-250℃),post-heating(250-400℃for 2 h),and stress relief heat treatment(690℃±15℃for 24~24.5 h),welded joints were prepared.Test results show excellent short-term mechanical properties:the deposited metal maintains good high-temperature tensile strength at 530℃,the impact energy of ER90S-B3 deposited metal at-20℃is≥200 J,and the hardness in the weld zone decreases significantly and distributes uniformly after heat treatment.High-temperature durability tests at 530℃indicate that the fracture life of the welded joints exceeds 10,000 h,and their stress-time-to-fracture curves are significantly higher than the ASME standard curve.The research confirms that using optimized welding and heat treatment processes can achieve chrome-molybdenum steel welded joints with good formation,excellent short-term mechanical properties,and long-term high-temperature durability.This achievement has been successfully applied to the manufacture of a fourth-generation nuclear steam generator,with a total of 1,120 main welds completed and a 100%first-pass nondestructive testing qualification rate,providing key technical and practical basis for the welding manufacturing of similar equipment.
