预制混凝土仿石通体路缘石生产工艺及性能研究

摘要 本文通过研究不同配合比下预制混凝土(Precast Concrete,PC)仿石通体路缘石的性能指标,优化其生产工艺,并对普通素混凝土路缘石、PC仿石通体路缘石和天然花岗岩路缘石的力学性能、环保性能与经济性进行了综合对比分析。结果表明:经配合比优化后,PC仿石通体路缘石的28 d抗压强度≥40 MPa,28 d抗折强度≥6 MPa,外观质量和尺寸偏差均满足JC/T 899—2016《混凝土路缘石》的性能要求;PC仿石通体路缘石的性能明显优于普通素混凝土路缘石,且较天然花岗岩路缘石具有更好的经济性,同时能实现丰富的饰面造型,为其推广应用提供了技术依据。 This paper investigates the performance indicators of precast concrete(PC)stone-imitating through-body curbs under different mix ratios,optimizes their production process,and conducts a comprehensive comparative analysis of plain concrete curbs,PC stone-imitating through-body curbs,and natural granite curbs in terms of mechanical properties,environmental performance,and economic efficiency.The results indicate that after mix ratio optimization,the PC stone-imitating through-body curbs achieve a 28 days compressive strength of≥40 MPa and a flexural strength of≥6 MPa.Their appearance quality and dimensional deviations meet the performance requirements specified in JC/T 899—2016 Concrete Curbs.The performance of the PC curbs is significantly superior to that of plain concrete curbs,and they offer better economic efficiency compared to natural granite curbs,while also allowing for a wide variety of finish designs.This study provides a technical basis for the promotion and application of PC stone-imitating through-body curbs.
