摘要
在某核电项目通风系统调研发现,碳钢通风管道主要采用厚度2.0 mm的镀锌板,焊前需要对待焊区表面进行除锌,在除锌过程中可能带来大气污染,增加工作量和焊接效率较低等问题。本文利用手持激光焊接技术的便捷性和优势,通过调节焊接参数,在不去除锌层的状态下进行正交试验,并进行无损检测和理化性能检测。最终实验表明,采用负离焦、适中的激光功率、合适的送丝速度、焊枪倾角在30°~55°、有效的保护气环境等工艺参数,激光不除锌焊接镀锌板,能够获得符合要求的焊接接头。
In the investigation of the ventilation system of a nuclear power project,it was found that the carbon steel ventilation pipe mainly uses galvanized sheet with a thickness of 2.0 mm,and the zinc removal needs to be carried out on the surface of the welding area before welding,which may bring air pollution,increased workload and low welding efficiency in the process of zinc removal.In this paper,taking advantage of the convenience and advantages of handheld laser welding technology,the orthogonal test is carried out without removing the zinc layer by adjusting the welding parameters,and the non-destructive testing and physical and chemical performance testing are carried out.The final experiment shows that the welding joints that meet the requirements can be obtained by using the process parameters such as negative defocusing,moderate laser power,appropriate wire feeding speed,welding torch inclination angle of 30°-55°,and suitable protective gas environment.
