摘要
以斯泰勒、法兰西和女神3个西梅品种为试验材料,设置了清水(CK)、脱落酸(ABA,0.05μmol/L)和壳寡糖(COS,250 mg/L)3种抗寒剂进行浸根处理,分析其对西梅存活率、生理生化指标及抗寒性的影响。结果表明:不同抗寒剂处理明显提高了西梅定植后和越冬后的存活率,其中COS浸根处理效果明显优于ABA浸根处理。定植和越冬后,斯泰勒在COS浸根处理下存活率达100%,明显高于CK。此外,COS浸根处理明显降低了植株的相对电导率,增强其SOD、POD和CAT活性,并促进渗透调节物质积累。相关性分析表明,保护酶与渗透调节物质协同作用,通过清除活性氧和维持细胞膜稳定性来提升西梅植株的抗寒性。熵权—TOPSIS综合评价显示,斯泰勒结合COS处理的相对接近度最高(0.940),显著优于其他组合。综上,北疆地区引种西梅宜优先选择斯泰勒品种,并采用250 mg/L壳寡糖浸根处理,可有效提高引种西梅越冬后的存活率。
This study utilized three cultivars including Staley,French,and Goddess as experimental materials.Root immersion treatments were applied using water(CK),abscisic acid(ABA,0.05μmol/L),and chitosan oligosaccharide(COS,250 mg/L)to analyze their effects on survival rate,physiological and biochemical indicators,and cold resistance.The results showed that cold-resistant agents significantly improved post-planting and post-winter survival rates of Prunus domestica,with COS treatment outperforming ABA.After winter,the survival rate of Staley under COS treatment reached 100%,which was significantly higher than that of CK.Additionally,COS treatment markedly reduced relative electrical conductivity,enhanced the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD),peroxidase(POD),and catalase(CAT),and promoted the accumulation of osmoregulatory substances.Correlation analysis revealed that protective enzyme activities synergized with osmoregulatory substances to enhance cold resistance by scavenging reactive oxygen species(ROS)and maintaining cell membrane stability.Entropy weight-TOPSIS comprehensive evaluation indicated that Staley combined with COS treatment achieved the highest relative closeness(0.940),significantly surpassing other combinations.In conclusion,the Staley cultivar with 250 mg/L COS root immersion is recommended for introduced Prunus domestica in Northern Xinjiang to effectively improve winter survival rates.
