摘要
目的分析早期健康宣教联合乳房穴位按摩对初产妇产后乳汁分泌的影响。方法选取2023年2月至2024年3月在合肥医科大学附属医院产科分娩的80例初产妇,按照随机数字表法分为两组。对照组(40例)实施常规产后护理,观察组(40例)在对照组基础上实施早期健康宣教结合乳房穴位按摩,比较两组乳汁分泌量、母乳喂养方式、乳房胀痛感、乳腺炎发生率、满意度。结果干预前,两组乳汁分泌量比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);两组干预1、2、3 d的乳汁分泌量均高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的乳房胀痛程度及乳腺炎发生率低于对照组,纯母乳喂养率及总满意率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期健康宣教联合乳房穴位按摩有助于提高初产妇的乳汁分泌量,减轻乳房胀痛感,降低乳腺炎发生率,且产妇具有较高的满意度。
Objective To analyze the influence of early health education combined with breast acupoint massage on postpartum milk secretion of primiparas.Methods A total of 80 primiparas who delivered in the Department of Obstetrics,Affiliated Hospital of Zunyi Medical University from February 2023 to March 2024 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The control group(40 cases)received routine postpartum nursing,while the observation group(40 cases)received early health education combined with breast acupoint massage on the basis of the control group.The milk secretion volume,breastfeeding methods,breast distension and pain,the incidence of mastitis and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Before intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in milk secretion between the two groups(P>0.05).The milk secretion volume of both groups on the 1st,2nd,and 3rd days of intervention was higher than that before intervention,and that of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The degree of breast distension and pain and incidence of mastitis in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the incidence of exclusive breastfeeding and the total satisfaction rate were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Early health education combined with breast acupoint massage can help increase the milk secretion of primiparas,relieve breast distension and pain,reduce the incidence of mastitis,and the primiparas have a relatively high satisfaction rate.
