摘要
目的探讨生物反馈电刺激联合磁刺激在子宫脱垂患者中的应用效果。方法选取2024年2月至10月长春中医药大学附属医院收治的129例轻度子宫脱垂患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组(65例)与对照组(64例)。观察组实施生物反馈电刺激联合磁刺激疗法,对照组仅实施生物反馈电刺激疗法,观察两组患者的盆底肌力与子宫脱垂程度。结果治疗后,观察组盆底肌力分级、盆腔器官脱垂定量分期均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论生物反馈电刺激联合磁刺激治疗轻度子宫脱垂轻度患者的效果较好,能改善盆底肌力、子宫脱垂程度。
Objective To explore the application effect of biofeedback electrical stimulation combined with magnetic stimulation in patients with uterine prolapse.Methods A total of 129 patients with mild uterine prolapse admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Chinese Medicine from February to October 2024 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into observation group(65 cases)and control group(64 cases).The observation group was treated with biofeedback electrical stimulation combined with magnetic stimulation therapy,and the control group was only treated with biofeedback electrical stimulation therapy.The pelvic floor muscle strength and uterine prolapse degree of the two groups were observed.Results After treatment,the pelvic floor muscle strength grading and pelvic organ prolapse quantification staging in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Biofeedback electrical stimulation combined with magnetic stimulation is effective in the treatment of mild uterine prolapse,which can improve pelvic floor muscle strength and degree of uterine prolapse.
