摘要
广西贵港市S511部分路段水泥混凝土路面板底脱空,通过人工现场调研、车载落锤式弯沉仪和三维探地雷达技术对脱空路段脱空程度和病害深度进行精准确定,采用COMSOL Multiphysics有限元软件计算确定注浆施工工艺参数和处治方案,注浆完成后进行复测和开挖验证,显示注浆效果良好。
In some sections of the S511 road in Guigang City,Guangxi,the concrete slabs of the cement concrete pavement have voids beneath them.The extent of the voids and the depth of the damage were accurately determined through on-site manual investigation,the use of a vehicle-mounted drop weight deflection meter,and 3D ground-penetrating radar technology.The COMSOL Multiphysics finite element software was used to calculate and determine the grouting construction process parameters and reinforcement plan.After grouting,re-measurement and excavation verification were carried out,which showed that the grouting effect was good.
