基于正交试验法的透水混凝土性能研究

摘要 基于正交试验,研究了空隙率、水灰比、骨料级配三因素对透水混凝土力学和透水系数的影响,并通过直观分析和方差分析法研究了不同因素的影响规律。结果表明:空隙率是影响透水系数的决定因素,其次是骨料级配和水灰比。空隙率对透水混凝土抗压强度影响显著,骨料级配和水灰比无显著影响。透水混凝土应力-应变曲线受到空隙率、骨料级配和水灰比的影响,空隙率影响最明显,随着空隙率增大,应力-应变曲线斜率越小,模量越低,但峰值应力对应的应变值增加。 Based on orthogonal experiment,the influence of porosity,water-to-cement ratio,and aggregate gradation on the mechanical and permeability coefficient of permeable was studied,and the influence laws of different factors were studied through intuitive analysis and analysis of variance.The results show that porosity is the decisive factor affecting permeability coefficient,followed by aggregate gradation and water-to-cement ratio.Porosity has a significant influence on the compressive strength of permeable concrete,while aggregate gradation and water-to-cement ratio have no significant influence.The stress-strain curve of permeable concrete is affected by porosity,aggregate gradation,and water-to-cement ratio,with porosity having the most significant influence.As the porosity increases,the slope of the stress-strain curve becomes smaller,the modulus is lower,but the strain value corresponding to the peak stress increases.
