摘要
通过对比多晶和单晶铜棒轧制箔材工艺特点,分析轧制过程关键工艺参数对加工性能的影响,研究铜棒轧制铜箔过程中的退火温度、保温时间和压下量等工艺参数与工艺流程对应关系。结果表明,当轧制速率v=150 mm/s和退火温度设定为350℃时,单晶铜(ϕ5 mm)第一次轧制时合理的工艺参数为保温时间最长5 min、最大压下量不超过0.3 mm;随着轧制次数增加,保温时间和压下量均应逐渐减小;压下量过大时容易出现扭转、扭曲和裂纹缺陷;轧制时单晶铜的压下量要小于多晶铜。
By comparing the processing characteristics of polycrystalline and single-crystal copper rod rolled foil materials,the influence of key process parameters during the rolling process on the processing performance is analyzed.The corresponding relationships between process parameters such as annealing temperature,holding time and reduction amount during the copper rod rolling into copper foil process and the process flow are studied.The results show that when the rolling rate is 150 mm/s and the annealing temperature is set at 350℃,the reasonable process parameters for the first rolling of single crystal copper(∅5 mm)are:the maximum holding time should be no more than 5 minutes and the maximum reduction should not exceed 0.3 mm;as the number of rolling increases,the holding time and reduction should gradually decrease;when the reduction is too large,torsion,distortion and crack defects are likely to occur;the reduction of single crystal copper during rolling should be less than that of polycrystalline copper.
