文章深入探讨了财务人才能力建设在推动企业管理现代化中的重要作用。针对当前全球经济竞争加剧及数字化转型加速的背景,文章提出了财务人才能力建设的创新实践路径。通过构建多维度财务管理能力框架,结合人才素质模型与评价方法,同时,依托数字化管理工具,建立了财务人才资源库,实现了人才信息的精准管理与高效利用,旨在为企业打造高素质财务人才队伍、支撑企业高质量发展提供有力支持。
This paper thoroughly explores the crucial role of financial talent capability development in promoting the modernization of enterprise management.In response to the current context of intensified global economic competition and accelerated digital transformation,the article proposes innovative approaches for enhancing the capabilities of financial professionals.By establishing a multi-dimensional framework for financial management competencies,integrating talent quality models and evaluation methods,and leveraging digital management tools,a database of financial talents has been developed.This enables precise management and efficient utilization of talent-related information.The study aims to support enterprises in building a high-quality financial talent team,and support their high-quality development.
