摘要
在全球青年就业形态变革背景下,文章聚焦中国“慢就业”现象,采用“定量与定性混合”的研究途径,对300名高校毕业生展开问卷调查工作,抽取58名慢就业者实施深度访谈活动,研究指出社会时钟正从“统一步调”过渡到“多元节拍”阶段。制度性压力作用于“慢就业”的形成。基于此,研究提出构建弹性时间制度、创新教育就业衔接办法、重塑文化环境等系统性治理策略,为解决“慢就业”难题及对应政策制定给出理论依据与实践指引。
This paper focuses on the phenomenon of“slow employment”in China,against the backdrop of global changes in youth employment patterns,a mixed quantitative and qualitative research approach was adopted to conduct a questionnaire survey of 300 college graduates,and 58 slow employment individuals were selected for in-depth interviews.The study points out that the social clock is transitioning from a“unified pace”to a“diversified pace”stage.Institutional pressure contributes to the formation of“slow employment”.Based on this,systematic governance strategies such as constructing flexible time systems,innovating education employment linkage methods,and reshaping cultural environments are proposed to provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for solving the problem of“slow employment”and corresponding policy formulation.
