摘要
目的探讨基于PDCA管理模式的皮肤美容治疗方案在患者烧伤后创面整形修复中的应用效果。方法选取2023年1月至2024年12月莆田市第一医院收治的100例烧伤后创面整形修复患者,按治疗-管理方案不同分为观察组和对照组。对照组50例患者接受常规创面治疗管理,观察组50例患者采用基于PDCA管理模式的皮肤美容治疗方案。比较两组患者治疗前后创面瘢痕评分、体像障碍评分的改善情况,治疗期间植皮区肿胀等并发症发生率,以及患者对美容效果和治疗管理的满意度。结果治疗前,两组患者创面瘢痕评分、体像障碍评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组评分均显著改善,且观察组改善程度显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者植皮区肿胀等并发症发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),患者对美容效果和治疗管理的满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于PDCA管理模式的皮肤美容治疗方案在烧伤后创面整形修复中具有良好的应用效果,可显著改善创面瘢痕与体像障碍,降低植皮区肿胀等并发症发生率,提升患者满意度。
Objective To explore the application effect of a skin cosmetic treatment plan based on the PDCA management model in the plastic repair of post-burn wounds.Methods A total of 100 patients with post-burn wound plastic repair admitted to The First Hospital of Putian City from January 2023 to December 2024 were selected and divided into an observation group and a control group according to different treatment-management plans.Fifty patients in the control group received routine wound treatment and management,while 50 patients in the observation group adopted a skin cosmetic treatment plan based on the PDCA management model.The improvements in wound scar scores and body image disturbance scores before and after treatment,the incidence of complications such as swelling in the skin graft area during treatment,and patient satisfaction with cosmetic effects and treatment management were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in wound scar scores or body image disturbance scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,both scores in both groups were significantly improved,and the improvement degree in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The incidence of complications such as swelling in the skin graft area in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and patient satisfaction with cosmetic effects and treatment management was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The skin cosmetic treatment plan based on the PDCA imanagement model has a good application effect in the plastic repair of post-burn wounds.It can significantly improve wound scars and body image disturbance,reduce the incidence of complications such as swelling in the skin graft area,and enhance patient satisfaction.
