摘要
目的研究慢性伤口患者护理中应用音乐治疗结合疼痛管理的护理效果。方法选择2022年3月至2024年8月本院50例慢性伤口患者,随机数字表法分为两组,参与常规护理干预的患者25例录入对照组,参与常规护理上音乐治疗+疼痛管理的患者25例录入观察组。分析护理差异性对患者的影响。结果护理后,观察组焦虑、抑郁及疼痛评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组伤口愈合评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在慢性伤口患者护理中运用音乐治疗结合疼痛管理的价值更为显著,促进患者负面情绪得到缓解,减轻疼痛,促进伤口愈合,使护理质量水平提高。
Objective To study the nursing effect of music therapy combined with pain management in the care of patients with chronic wounds.Methods Fifty patients with chronic wounds in our hospital from March 2022 to August 2024 were selected and randomly divided into two groups by the random number table method 25 patients who participated in the routine nursing intervention were entered into the control group,and 25 patients who participated in the music therapy+pain management in the routine nursing were entered into the observation group.Objective to analyze the influence of nursing differences on patients.Results After nursing,the scores of anxiety,depression and pain in the observation group were lower(P<0.05).The wound healing score in the observation group was low(P<0.05).The nursing quality score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of music therapy combined with pain management in the care of patients with chronic wounds is more significant,which can help patients to relieve negative emotions,relieve pain,promote wound healing,and improve the quality of care.
