摘要
目的探讨MEEK皮片移植联合湿润烧伤膏在四肢Ⅲ度烧伤创面修复中的应用。方法回顾性选取2022年5月至2023年5月开封市中心医院收治的88例四肢Ⅲ度烧伤患者临床资料,按照治疗方法不同分为对照组和观察组,每组44例。对照组实施MEEK皮片移植,观察组在此基础上联合湿润烧伤膏。比较两组疼痛评分、皮片成活率、创面愈合例数、愈合时间、瘢痕增生程度及并发症发生率。结果干预7 d、14 d观察组疼痛评分低于对照组;观察组皮片成活率高于对照组,创面完全愈合例数多于对照组,愈合时间短于对照组;观察组瘢痕增生程度评分、并发症发生率均低于对照组,上述差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.959,P<0.05)。结论MEEK皮片移植联合湿润烧伤膏可有效缓解四肢Ⅲ度烧伤创面疼痛、提高皮片成活率、加快创面愈合、减少瘢痕增生及并发症发生,具有良好的临床应用价值。
Objective To explore the application of MEEK skin graft transplantation combined with moist burn ointment in the repair of third degree burn wounds in limbs.Methods A retrospective study was conducted on 88 patients with third degree burns of the limbs admitted to Kaifeng Central Hospital from May 2022 to May 2023.They were divided into a control group and an observation group according to different treatment methods,with 44 patients in each group.The control group received MEEK skin graft transplantation,while the observation group received combined treatment with moist burn ointment on this basis.Compare the pain scores,skin graft survival rate,number of wound healing cases,healing time,degree of scar hyperplasia,and incidence of complications between two groups.Results After 7 and 14 days of intervention,the pain score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group;The survival rate of skin grafts in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with more cases of complete wound healing and shorter healing time compared to the control group;The degree of scar hyperplasia score and incidence of complications in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(χ^(2)=4.959,P<0.05).Conclusions MEEK skin graft transplantation combined with moist burn ointment can effectively alleviate the pain of third degree burn wounds in limbs,improve skin graft survival rate,accelerate wound healing,reduce scar hyperplasia and complications,and has good clinical application value.
