摘要
目的精细美容缝合技术治疗面部软组织挫裂伤的临床疗效评估。方法本研究选取2023年1月至2025年3月于苏州一〇〇医院整形美容科接受精细美容缝合治疗的50例面部软组织挫裂伤患者作为研究对象,对缝合后的效果进行评估与分析。结果50例患者随访面部挫裂伤均1周内愈合,所有患者术后恢复良好,未出现感染、出血、裂开等并发症及功能障碍,无须二次手术,且对疗效均表示满意。结论采用精细美容缝合技术处理面部软组织挫裂伤,能显著改善伤口愈合后的美容效果,从而提升患者的治疗满意度。
Objective Evaluation of the clinical efficacy of fine cosmetic suture techniques in the treatment of soft tissue contusions and lacerations of facial.Methods This study selected 50 patients with soft tissue contusion and laceration of facial who received fine aesthetic suture treatment in the Department of Plastic and Aesthetic Surgery of Suzhou 100 Hospital from January 2023 to March 2025 as the research subjects,to evaluate and analyze the effect after suturing.Results All 50 patients with facial contusions and lacerations healed within one week during the follow-up.All patients recovered well after the operation,without complications such as infection,bleeding,dehiscence,or functional disorders.No secondary surgery was required,and all were satisfied with the therapeutic effect.Conclusion The application of fine cosmetic suture techniques in treating soft tissue contusions and lacerations of facial can significantly improve the cosmetic effect after wound healing,thereby enhancing patients'satisfaction with treatment.
