摘要
随着院校研究生教学任务的转型,传统的“灌输式”教学模式已经不能适应创新性研究生培养的需要。为适应任职教育需要,必须加强研究生课程的教学方法改革。以研究生“博弈论”公选课程为例,将互动式教学法引入课堂教学,对课程内容设计、教学方法改革等提出相应的教学改革优化策略,以提高课堂教学质量。学生自身也要在每次互动过程中进行自我小结,反思自己的不足和能力弱项,促进自己后续的改进和提高。教师应在教学过程中,针对学生特点做好教学设计,切实提高教学质量。
With the transformation of the teaching task of graduate students in colleges and universities,the traditional classroom indoctrination teaching mode has been unable to meet the needs of innovative graduate students training.In order to meet the needs of post education,we must strengthen the reform of teaching methods of graduate courses.This paper takes the public selected course of game theory as an example,introduces the interactive teaching method into classroom teaching,and puts forward corresponding teaching reform and optimization strategies for course content design and teaching method reform,so as to improve the quality of classroom teaching.Students themselves should also make a summary in each interaction process,reflect on their own shortcomings and ability weaknesses,and promote their subsequent improvement.Teachers should make good design in the teaching process according to the characteristics of students and effectively improve the teaching quality.
