摘要
对掺有废弃轮胎路基材料(TDA)的钢渣路基材料循环性能进行试验研究。首先进行一系列压载箱试验,以研究不同的TDA-钢渣混合路基材料的混合物行为,再将TDA与钢渣路基材料以不同配比进行混合并基于试验确定最佳配合比。研究结果表明:随TDA含量增加,混合物路基材料沉降量和阻尼比呈增大趋势,而其刚度与破碎指数则随TDA含量增加而减小。基于试验指标,提出以10%体积含量的TDA与钢渣路基材料混合为最佳配比。同时对TDA形态进行改变,得到开孔前后的刚度与阻尼比数值,发现开孔后的TDA混合材料其综合性能最佳。
This paper conducts an experimental study on the cyclic performance of steel slag subgrade materials mixed with waste tire subgrade materials(TDA).For this purpose,a series of loading box tests were carried out to investigate the behavior of different TDA-steel slag mixed subgrade materials.After that,TDA was mixed with steel slag subgrade materials at different ratios to determine the optimal mix ratio.The experimental results show that as the TDA content increases,the settlement and damping ratio of the mixture materials increase,while the stiffness and crushing index of the mixture materials decrease.Based on the experimental indicators,a mix ratio of 10%volume content of TDA with steel slag subgrade materials was determined as the optimal mix ratio.Meanwhile,the shape of TDA was changed,and the stiffness and damping ratio values before and after opening holes were obtained.It was found that the comprehensive performance of the mixture materials with TDA after opening holes was the best.
