高掺量磷石膏公路基层无侧限抗压强度及膨胀应变分析

摘要 为研究高掺量磷石膏公路基层无侧限抗压强度及膨胀应变效果,通过无侧限抗压强度测验和膨胀应变测验方法,系统分析煅烧磷石膏掺量和水泥掺量对其力学性能与变形行为的影响机制。结果表明,随着煅烧磷石膏掺量从0%提高至14%,无侧限抗压强度显著提升,14 d浸泡条件下强度增幅达47.5%;当水泥掺量在7%~11%范围内增加时,强度呈上升趋势,但增幅随掺量提高逐渐趋缓;复合掺入水泥与煅烧磷石膏可有效抑制试样的累计质量损失和膨胀应变。综上,合理控制磷石膏与水泥的配比可优化胶结结构、增强密实性,显著提升基层材料的力学性能与体积稳定性。 To examine the impact of high-dose phosphogypsum on the unconfined compressive strength and expansion strain of the highway base,this study systematically analyzed how the amounts of calcined phosphogypsum dosage and cement dosage influence on its mechanical properties and deformation behavior using unconfined compressive strength and expansion strain tests.The results show that as the dosage of calcined phosphogypsum increases from 0%to 14%,the unconfined compressive strength significantly increases,with an increase of 47.5%under 14-day soaking conditions.When the cement content ranges from 7%to 11%,strength increases,but the growth rate gradually slows as the cement content increases.The combined incorporation of cement and calcined phosphogypsum effectively suppresses the cumulative mass loss and expansion strain of the sample.In conclusion,a reasonable control of the phosphogypsum-to-cement ratio can significantly improve the mechanical properties and volume stability of the base material by optimizing the bonding structure and enhancing its compactness.
