摘要
目的:评价养心生脉颗粒联合美托洛尔、瑞舒伐他汀对冠心病心绞痛气阴两虚证患者的影响。方法:选取2023年2月—2025年2月衡水市第二人民医院收治的68例冠心病心绞痛气阴两虚证患者为研究对象,以密封信封形式的随机分配法将其分为对照组与研究组,每组各34例。对照组予以美托洛尔联合瑞舒伐他汀治疗,研究组在对照组基础上加用养心生脉颗粒。比较两组患者治疗效果。结果:治疗后,研究组心绞痛发作频次、单次持续时间及视觉模拟评分法评分低于对照组(P<0.001);治疗后,与对照组比较,研究组心功能、血脂水平更优(P<0.001);治疗后,研究组中医证候积分低于对照组(P<0.001);两组不良反应总发生率比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:养心生脉颗粒联合美托洛尔、瑞舒伐他汀能有效减轻冠心病心绞痛气阴两虚证患者心绞痛症状及气阴两虚相关临床表现,促进心脏功能改善、调节血脂代谢,且安全性良好。
Objective:To evaluate the effect of Yangxin Shengmai Granules combined with metoprolol and rosuvastatin on patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease and Qi and Yin deficiency syndrome.Methods:A total of sixty-eight patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease and Qi and Yin deficiency syndrome admitted to Hengshui Second People's Hospital from February 2023 to February 2025 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into the control group and the study group by the random allocation method in the form of sealed envelopes,with thirty-four cases in each group.The control group was treated with metoprolol combined with rosuvastatin,while the study group was treated with Yangxin Shengmai Granules on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups of patients were compared.Results:After treatment,the frequency of angina pectoris attacks,the duration of a single attack and the score of the visual analogue scale in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.001).After treatment,compared with the control group,the cardiac function and blood lipid levels of the study group were better(P<0.001).After the treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.001).There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Yangxin Shengmai Granules combined with metoprolol and rosuvastatin can effectively alleviate the symptoms of angina pectoris and related clinical manifestations of Qi and Yin deficiency in patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris,promote the improvement of cardiac function,regulate lipid metabolism,and have good safety.
