摘要
在城市发展步入“存量优化”阶段的背景下,精细化城市设计聚焦于解决特定城市空间问题、满足人群需求,以提升城市空间的综合效益,是推动城市更新体系实现精细化转型的重要途径。文章以郑州老城核心区的二七广场为例,通过探寻二七广场中心区的精细化更新路径,构建适应多重功能融合与空间整合的专项设计策略体系,为老城更新实践提供具有可操作性的理论支撑与方法指引。
Against the backdrop of urban development entering the stage of"stock optimization",delicate urban design focuses on resolving specific urban spatial problems and meeting the needs of the population to enhance the comprehensive benefits of urban spaces.It serves as an important approach to promoting the refined transformation of the urban renewal system.This paper takes Erqi Square in the core area of the old city of Zhengzhou as a case study.By exploring the delicate renewal paths in the central area of Erqi Square,this study constructs a specialized design strategy system that adapts to the integration of multiple functions and spatial integration,providing practical theoretical support and methodological guidance for old-city renewal practices.
