数据作为数字经济时代的核心生产要素,其价值释放依赖于数据要素全生命周期的有效治理与应用。文章聚焦质量管理机制赋能下的数据标注技术,探究其在数据标注产业价值转化过程中起到的关键支撑作用。通过分析数据资源的分层构成及融合性特征,结合多模态标注实践案例,研究系统解析了质量控制在语义维度解析、数据结构化重构及场景化适配中的作用机理。研究旨在推动数据要素从资源形态到应用价值的转化,为高质量数据要素市场的构建提供新的理论视角和实践路径。
In the era of the digital economy,data serves as a core production factor,and the realization of its value hinges on effective governance and application throughout its entire lifecycle.This paper focuses on data annotation technology empowered by quality management mechanisms,exploring its pivotal role in facilitating the value conversion of the data annotation industry.By analyzing the hierarchical composition and integrative characteristics of data resources,along with practical cases of multimodal annotation,it systematically examines the mechanisms through which quality control contributes to semantic interpretation,structured data reconstruction,and scenariobased adaptation.The fi ndings aim to advance the conversion of data elements from resource form to applied value,providing a novel theoretical perspective and practical pathway for constructing a high-quality data element market.
