摘要
该文基于健康老龄化理论、社会支持理论以及体育社会学理论,采用文献分析的方法,系统探讨了农村空巢老人体育参与的现实困境、影响机制及提升路径。其目的在于为推进农村老年体育公共服务体系建设、优化健康中国战略的基层实践提供理论依据与现实启示。该研究认为,农村空巢老人体育参与的困境主要体现为:经济约束与资源匮乏,致使供给结构失衡性积累;心理层面的自我设限,导致健康认知滞后与风险感知偏差;信息鸿沟与数字排斥,诱发现代化转型中的新型隔离。基于此,提出以下提升策略:加强制度的持续化供给,促进政策执行下沉;强化健康教育的常态化,为农村空巢老人体育健身提供科学指导;提高智慧赋能作用,实现技术温度与社会伦理的平衡。
Based on the theory of healthy aging,social support and sports sociology,this paper systematically discusses the practical difficulties,influencing mechanism and promotion path of sports participation among rural empty nest elderly.Its purpose is to provide theoretical basis and practical inspiration for promoting the construction of rural elderly sports public service system and optimizing the grass-roots practice of healthy China strategy.The research shows that the difficulties faced by rural empty nest elderly in participating in sports mainly manifest as:economic constraints and lack of resources,resulting in an accumulation of imbalanced supply structure;Psychological self limitation leads to lagging health cognition and risk perception bias;The information divide and digital exclusion have triggered new forms of isolation in the modernization transformation process.It puts forward the following promotion strategies:it strengthens the sustainable continuous supply of the system and promotes the sinking of policy implementation;It strengthens the normalization of health education and improves scientific guidance for the physical fitness of empty nest elderly in rural areas;It improves the role of wisdom empowerment and realizes the balance between technological warmth and social ethics.
