摘要
当前,我国高等学校必须在现代大学制度的建立与创新方面有所突破。研讨现代大学制度,应当厘定现代大学制度整体设计和机制创新的主要依据,既要探索现代大学制度创新的“应为”,也要实事求是地探讨“可为”之举。创建世界一流大学是现代大学制度创新的契机。进入“985工程”的高校应借助发达国家研究型大学的成功经验和机制模式,结合中国国情,在建立现代大学制度方面整体设计,多校联动,以提供改革思路,产生示范效应,引领全国高等学校的制度创新。
At present, we must have breakthrough on the building and reform of modern university system. To discuss the modern university system, we should make clear of the key evidence for designing the whole modern system of university. We must not only probe the ＂should be＂ for the reform of modern university system, but also probe the ＂could be＂ seriously. To build the first class university is the opportunity to reform the modern system of university. The ＂985 Engineering＂ universities should borrow from the successful experience of the developed countries. Therefore, we can design the whole modern system of Chinese universities based on our facts. At the same time, to integrate many universities into providing the way of reform, and set a good example. So that can be helpful to guide the system reform of higher education all over the country.
