摘要
源于产业发展、适应产业发展、服务于产业发展,是产教融合赋能职业教育专业升级与数字化改造的基本逻辑。产教融合可以保证职业教育专业升级与数字化改造的方向清晰、紧跟前沿及缩短周期。本研究以四川交通职业技术学院为例,提出“龙头企业需求牵引—共生机制资源整合—教学要素动态迭代”的普适性路径,为产教融合赋能职业教育专业升级与数字化改造提供理论支撑与实践范式。
Originating from industrial development,adapting to industrial development,and serving industrial development is the basic logic of integration of industry and education empowering the upgrading and digital transformation of vocational education majors.The integration of industry and education can ensure a clear direction for the upgrading and digital transformation of vocational education majors,keep up with the forefront,and shorten the cycle.Taking Sichuan Vocational and Technical College of Transportation as an example,this study proposes a universal path of"leading enterprise demand traction-symbiotic mechanism resource integration-dynamic iteration of teaching elements",providing theoretical support and practical paradigms for the integration of industry and education to empower vocational education professional upgrading and digital transformation.
