丰城市紫云大桥主桥总体设计

摘要 丰城市紫云大桥主桥为(60+80+180+80+60)m双塔双层桥面自锚式悬索桥,采用竖向飘浮+纵向单塔约束的结构体系,边墩、辅助墩处设摩擦摆支座。主梁采用分离式双层结构,上层采用钢-混结合梁,钢梁采用双边箱钢纵梁+正交异性钢桥面板结构,标准断面宽28.5 m,标准断面宽度范围上方铺设混凝土桥面板,其余位置不设混凝土桥面板;下层采用钢板梁+正交异性钢桥面板结构,宽10.9 m,上、下层之间通过吊杆连接。2根主缆采用镀锌铝合金高强平行钢丝,中跨垂跨比1/5。单个吊点设置2根吊索,标准索距9.0 m。桥塔采用水滴形钢-混组合塔,塔高99.9 m,基础采用整体式承台,下设13根ϕ2.0 m钻孔灌注桩。边墩、辅助墩采用整体式矩形实心墩,基础为整体式矩形承台,下设8根ϕ1.6 m钻孔灌注桩。该桥上部结构采用先梁后缆施工工艺,桥塔混凝土段采用翻模法分节段浇筑,钢结构段采用塔式起重机分段吊装,桩基采用回旋钻反循环成孔工艺施工。 The main bridge of Ziyun Bridge in Fengcheng is a self-anchored suspension bridge with five spans of 60,80,180,80,and 60 m.Lateral restrainers are installed between the towers and the superstructure to improve the overall stability of the bridge in challenging windy conditions,and friction pendulum bearings are installed between the superstructure and the side and auxiliary piers to enhance the seismic performance of the bridge.The superstructure accommodates separate two levels of decks.The upper deck consists of two steel box longitudinal girders,the overlying orthotropic steel deck plates and the concrete labs that cover the standard width of the deck of 28.5 m(the remaining part of the deck is not covered with concrete slabs).The lower deck consists of the steel plate girders and the orthotropic steel deck plates and measures 10.9 m wide.The upper and lower decks are connected by hanger cables.The two main cables are composed of high-strength parallel steel wires with galvanized aluminum alloy coating,and the sag-to-span ratio reaches 1/5.The hanger cables are spaced at 9.0 m on the deck,at each hanger point,two hanger cables are tensioned.The two towers are waterdrop-shaped steel-concrete composite structures rising 99.9 m,and the tower legs share an integral pile cap that is supported by 13,2.0 m-diameter bored piles.The side and auxiliary piers are rectangular solid piers,each mounted on an integral pile cap that are supported by 8,1.6 m-diameter bored piles.The stiffening girder was constructed ahead of the main cables.The towers were constructed in segments by using the climbing formwork,the steel structures were installed in segments by the hammerhead cranes,and the piles took shape by using the reverse circulation drilling technique.
